Whats great about cartoons and especially Experimental Animation is its ability to convey its message through moving art. I love pushing new ideas, techniques and concepts and Fjord Trolls allows me to develope ideas that are based in the rich history of this region. Sognefjord is so interesting that I really wish that everyone could experience this landscape and how its history is not just a thing of the past rather it is apart of out day to day. Fjord Trolls is a concept designed to teach kids how to to take of the environment based on one idea by Jacque Cousteau, “You protect what you love.” If we are to gain foothold with the hearts and minds of children, we have to teach them through entertainment as well as showing them the cause and effect of our actions. Fjord Trolls can convey this.
